This service is for all future residents or all future former residents. 

We offer this assistance service to help you manage everything not listed above: coordination with your moving company, obtaining a specific document, subscription cancellation, mail monitoring, requests for duplicates… 

A consultant will be assigned to you. You will then be able to ask for any assistance through an “itemised service request” by email. The expert will contact you within 48 hours and handle the matter. As soon as it’s resolved or you’re given a series of solutions, they will continue to contact you until the matter is definitively solved.
