This service is for all residents of Barcelona and the surrounding areas: professionals or individuals.

We offer this assistance service to help you manage everything not listed above: help search for parking, search for banks to secure a loan, miscellaneous move-in processes, relations with the estate or owner, accompaniment during inspection visits… 

Plug&Play aims to free you from the logistics of your move by making certain contacts and handling matters related to your move you feel are complicated.

A consultant will be assigned to you. You will then be able to ask for any assistance through an “itemised service request” by email. The expert will contact you within 48 hours and handle the matter. As soon as it’s resolved or you’re given a series of solutions, they will continue to contact you until the matter is definitively solved.
