Office Space Search

This service is for all types of businesses: self-employed, SMEs, start-ups, large enterprises.

It involves searching for and finding premises, an office, a shop, a private co-working area, etc. in the perfect area for your business and its development. 

We methodically conduct an assessment interview to define your criteria and the search areas. 

Based on these geographic areas (a maximum of 2), we then present you with a selection of 10 work spaces meeting your requirements. Then, we organise an inspection visit day: confirm criteria through agencies, guarantee availability and plan meetings and site visits. Once the space is chosen, our we accompany you through negotiations of the lease agreement, signing and the key handover and the pre-lease inspection inventory so you can settle in quickly without any surprises.
