This service is for any beneficiary with social security rights in Catalonia.

It consists of completing all the procedures so beneficiaries with rights may receive local healthcare cover – Cat Salut when the primary rights holder is already registered: gathering all the documents needed for the entire process, obtaining the document certifying the person’s social security rights, adding beneficiaries, applying for a European health insurance card and, finally, registering the beneficiary(ies) with the local healthcare centre – CAP (Primary Care Centre).
