Housing Search

This service is for all future residents of Barcelona and the surrounding areas: individuals or companies.

Plug&Play can search for housing for you. It involves first getting your approval of the geographic area where we’ll conduct the search in accordance with your needs and criteria and creating a rental dossier for you.

Then, the search phase begins with a 1st selection of housing possibilities defined in relation to your specifications: area, price, m2, restraints. A series of visits will be scheduled based on the selection made. Negotiation of terms, proofing of the rental agreement, signing, utility meter readings and the move-in inspection are all part of our assistance.
