The legislation in force is in the process of changing: on 1 May 2019, there is no longer any need to pay the tax but to declare the lease to Agencia Tributaria de Catalunya. Information subject to change.

This service is for all residents of Catalonia.

It involves calculating the sum, filling forms, managing the payment of the Property Transfer Tax due for rental agreements and payable by the new tenant.
