This service is for anyone who does not want to have to deal with all the procedures involved with healthcare and pension matters.
We offer this assistance service to help you manage everything not listed above: obtaining a specific document from your home country, a comparative search with a specific mutual benefit insurance company, procedures with the CFE (French Expatriate Social Security service), managing reimbursements, changes of address…
A consultant will be assigned to you. You will then be able to ask for any assistance through an “itemised service request” by email. The expert will contact you within 48 hours and handle the matter. As soon as it’s resolved or you’re given a series of solutions, they will continue to contact you until the matter is definitively solved.
