This service is for all New Arrivals and those who are not so new yet have not been able to complete certain initial procedures. 

We offer this assistance service to help you manage everything not listed above: obtaining a specific document from your home country, social security, subscription cancellation, mail monitoring, requests for duplicates… 

A consultant will be assigned to you. You will then be able to ask for any assistance through an “itemised service request” by email. The expert will contact you within 48 hours and handle the matter. As soon as you’re given a series of solutions, they will continue to contact you until the matter is definitively solved.

✓ May be combined with another service with a 10% discount as of 4 services requested at the same time, not including NIE applications
✓ Packs can be expanded at the hourly rate of €40 + VAT without expert travel or at the hourly rate of €48 + VAT to include travel by an expert
